Who is who when coming to Frag?

Are you having an issue with the Who's Coming page?  Perhaps these notes below will help:

Have you registered on the website?

In order to start the process to show up on the Who's Coming page you must first have completed creating an account on Fragapalooza's website.

Have you purchased a seat?

To show on the Who's Coming page you must have at least selected one seat and have it existing in your cart; depending on whether that seat is paid or not will determine where you show on the listings.

What does "Unconfirmed" mean?

If your payment hasn't been confirmed, but you have selected at least one seat for this year's event, then you will show up under Unconfirmed.

Help - Order History

What did I order again?

Are you having an issue with the Order History page?  Perhaps these notes below will help:

Don't have an order history?

When you click on the Order History link you see "You have not yet made any orders with us. Head over to the store to join us at our next event!".  This usually means under the current site login we have no record of purchases.  If this is an error, please feel free to Contact Us!

Help - Checkout

All I want to do is Check-IT-Out?

Are you having an issue with the Checkout page?  Perhaps these notes below will help:

What is the #ad023fs0234 (or similar) after the "Checkout Order"?

This is your order transaction number that will be referenced for your current Checkout purchases.  This will also be the order transaction number that shows in your confirmation email.

Clan Packs, how do they work?

A clan pack is basically 4 seats at a discounted rate from purchasing them individually.  Its a deal pack of seats.  But who needs 4 seats to themselves right?  Well did you know you can transfer a fully paid seat to another registered participant?  Check out the How to Transfer Seats? details.

How to Transfer Seats?

So now you have a fully paid extra seat(s) you wish to transfer to someone else.  Well a few things have to have happened first:

  • As stated, you have to have the seat(s) you wish to transfer to be fully paid for.  That is if you check your Order History you will see that you have completed your transaction for the seat(s) in question.
  • The person you wish to transfer the fully paid seat(s) to have completed a Fragapalooza.com login account.  The only way to transfer a seat to someone is if they have an account on Fragapalooza.com that they can log into.  They will need to know their Frag ID so they can share it with you.

If these things are complete, you can just head over to the Seating part of the website and click the Transfer button on the seat you wish to send to someone else.  Just need their Frag ID to send the seat(s) off, and they have to accept the seat on their end once you do so (same page, Seating, but under their login).  More details are found on the Transfer pop-up itself.

Are you having an issue with the Store/Purchases page?  Perhaps these notes below will help:

I cannot find an item I know was there?

You saw an item last event or even last time you were on the site, but it is no longer in the list for purchase.  Each year's event may have different offerings of items/selections, so this may be the case if we are rolling over these between events or if the item/selection itself is no longer available.

Captain Options Available

Most of the funtionality should be available through the Add/Remove buttons

  • Add - you will require the Frag ID of the person you wish to add. That can be found on their Profile page.
  • Remove - this will remove them from the Clan.

Other Clan Issues

First, please review our Seating and Reservation Guidelines as this may help answer some of your questions.

Otherwise, to request a new Clan or update existing Clan, or for any other issues, please use the Contact Us page. Please provide:

  • Clan Name whether new or exsiting.
  • Clan Captain(s) these people can control who can be in the clan.
  • Issue: Detail issue of the problem or request.
