PRE-REGISTRATION

Yes it is back! Every year we allow folks to pre-register on Wednesday night, and this year shall meet that expectation, and more!

We will be doing pre-registration for all participants this year on Wednesday evening. Previously we only allowed people who pre-paid to register, but we are going to see if we can reduce the Thursday lineup and allow anyone who desires to register on Wednesday. Everyone attending Pre-Registration on Wednesday still needs to bring their monitor and computer. The bonus is that if you pre-register you can SKIP THE LINE and enter directly into the venue when it opens on Thursday. If this works well we may do this every year from now on.

Full Registration Sked:
Wednesday Pre-Registration: 5:00p.m. to 7:30p.m.
Thursday Registration: 9:00a.m. to 10:00p.m.
Friday Registration: 10:00a.m. to 10:00p.m.

What methods of payment will you accept at pre-reg?

Are we able to enter the event after we pre-reg, or do we have to wait till the next day?

you have to wait till the next day it just means you don't have to wait in line when they open in the morning.

Should get Drown to confirm this, but I'm going to say it'll be cash-only as it has been in previous years.

Cash only, and that includes regular Thursday Registration. We do not have the ability to accept credit card/debit card payments at the event.


You will not be able to leave your gear overnight so be prepared to take it with you after you get your security stickers attached.

As Sphincter said, Cash Only, at pre-reg and at the regular event. We previously only allowed folks who had already paid to attend the pre-reg, but we are going to try out something new this year and see if it helps move things into the venue faster on Thursday. If we have enough interest, we'll probably do it next year too! =)

I forget, how long can it take to get your stuff checked in on Thursday morning if you don't do pre-reg?

That totally depends on the length of the line. But once you get to the registration table, shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
