9.4 Other than the limited license set forth in Section 11, Google acknowledges and agrees that it obtains no right, title or interest from you (or your licensors) under these Terms in or to any Content that you submit, post, transmit or display on, or through, the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in that Content (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). So they have the right to use anything you post for whatever they want, but you still retain all copyright / title on whatever it is. I'm sure facebook is the same? Yep - http://www.facebook.com/terms.php - 2.1; it's the exact same terms with different wording.

just so you know... reading the fine print will only make you hate life...
you have no idea some of the stuff you sign off on...
just buying an iphone... you sign like 3 million clauses...

Nothing tops the iTunes small text though. The short of it: you can't use iTunes to make/use missiles, explosives, WMD, or any other act of terrorism.
