Its blocked for me too, and I'm logged in my account.
There is honestly no reason for music in the video, especially when it restricts who can see your videos.

We both tried logging out and then it didn't work. Telus is leasing IP's from different networks across the globe as they ran out of IPv4 addresses, and this may be why you are not being blocked. Shaw's network is not doing this and therefore Shaw IP's will be blocked. The same thing goes for Rogers, Bell, WiBand, Terago..... Hmm, even some US based anonymity sites are being blocked...
