This year Fragapalooza has a lot of new things going on. From the new Venue, to the RockBand Tournament things are exciting to say the least.
This year we are also adding a new twist. We have been approached to premier a new Documentary that will be released on August 22nd. It is called Second Skin and dives into the lives of MMO gamers:

Synopsis
Over 50 Million people log on to online role-playing games. Second Skin takes an intimate, look at computer gamers whose lives have been transformed by the emerging, hugely popular genre of computer games like World of Warcraft, Second Life, and Everquest, which allow millions of users from around the world to simultaneously interact in virtual spaces. We meet couples who have fallen in love without meeting, disabled players whose lives have been given new purpose, Chinese gold-farming sweatshop workers, wealthy online entrepreneurs, those struggling with addiction and legendary guild leaders- all living in a world that doesn't quite exist.
Not only will we have a showing of the film for all interested parties, but there will be giveaways after the screening for those of you watching. Once the film is over, the filmmakers will make themselves available on Twitter to discuss any and all aspects of the film that you wish to discuss. Details will be made available during the screening. I am looking at screening this on Friday Night after most of the tournaments have died down for the night.
I sincerely hope that you will take advantage of this. What better forum to premier a documentary about gamers, then one of the longest running LAN parties in the world?
