Guys, can you please be reasonable on the size of your avatars. Please keep them to 100x100 pixels, and signature images to 100 pixels high.

It only works for avatars stored on our server, we allow people to link to external avatars. I don't mind people bending the rules a bit with avatars, but some people's are just excessive. We may have to enforce server only avatars if the few people don't smarten (or I will just lock their avatar to something gay).
