For those of you coming from South Edmonton, the airport, or driving up from the South, take the Henday and it will probably take LESS time to get to the new venue than it would anywhere else in the City. highway traffic vs rush hour traffic...I know which one I like better.
As for reduced registrations...it is only 20 minutes further for most people. We think all the added benefits of the new venue far outweigh the distance.

Rental fees, power, stuff like that all changes year to year. So they would have no way of knowing what costs will be for next year aside for an approximation. One year at a time dude

Yeah, It should still be a lot of fun. All the hardcore LAN gamers and frag fans will be there. It will also be nice to have everyone a little closer together (like the airport). Last year was way to spread out.

I was originally against the idea (as anyone on the IRC chat knows), but after thinking about it, I think this is the best move the Fraga staff could have done.
I realize it's only two weeks until the event, but it does take time to pull off a change of venue. At least this year they announced the venue only when it was secured, rather than the situation that happened last year when they ditched the Mayfield, and we were left wondering where Frag would be.
