I see a lot of talk about different games, and whether or not a tourny should be a part of it.. But I'd love to see a game list of what people will be playing in general. I don't have a lot of the games listed but I've played them all, or at least a version of them. What games, if any, should I look at buying so I can make sure I'm apart of the fun.

I don't have too many fps' (Day of defeat:s, HL:s, TF2) and right now the only rts I have is Strategic Commander... Would love to know what I should think about buying. Also, haven't heard any talk about them, but I have Battlefield 2, and 2142.... not sure if anyone would be playing those at fraga too and if I should load them up.

I think Call of Duty 4 was the most played game at the summer frag, I don't know how World at War is faring now though...

I think for our Summer Event it is not as important to have a specific set of games that people will be playing, as there are so many people it is inevitable that someone will be playing what you are. And with the internal IRC server setup it is easy to find like-minded people to play with.

For our Winter LAN I think it might be more important to have the same set of games. With the smaller event there will be less variety of games.

Here is what I would focus on (based on past small LAN experience and current games):

Flatout 2/3 - just plain fun to fill the void between other more established "serious" games
Trackmania - same reason
COD4
Q3
UT2004
TF2
CS:S/CS1.6 - pick your flavour as I am sure both will make an appearance
WCIII/DOTA - yes I know they are not the same thing
Supreme Commander
BF2
Network Hearts - srsly
and the most important of all games (as this is what the FP staff play) - ET:QW :D

If you have even a few of those you will be set. I'm sure if you look hard enough you will be able to find the games you are missing from the list and be able to join in the festivities.

CoD5 is a giant flop. CoD4 is still king

O/T: As as soon as they went back to the WW-II theme, it was CoD 3 all over again. I played it for 20 minutes and uninstalled it.
