I've paid - even have the receipt but it still has me down in 'pending' - and it seems to keep me on the bottom of the list (every time someone joins it bumps me down)
Any ideas?

Your permissions are set correctly, so try deleting your cookies and temp files and try again.

Try the login with a different browser and see what happens. If it works with FireFox and not IE, then the problem is with IE. If deleting the cache and passwords within IE doesn't work for you, try troubleshooting problematic addons or reset the whole IE configuration.

I don't know what to tell you...deleting cookies has worked for everyone else with the same problem...Have you tried turning it off and on again? I know, I manage a couple phpbb3 boards myself. I tried logging out, clearing my cache and cookies, logging in, restarting my browser... No access. I'm using Firefox. Edit: Doesn't work in IE either, and it was the first time I even navigated to http://www.fragapalooza.com with IE.

You are a member of the group with permissions, same as everyone else that has paid. When I take your permissions, I am able to access the forum. The next step will be for me to reset your password and try it from my machine. If it works then, we can take you out back and shoot you as the problem will obviously be with your setup somehow.
Let me know if I can reset your password, or else just send your existing password in a pmsg for me to test.
